Warranty and Customer Care

Warranty Coverage
Our travel, business, and bag collections are covered under a limited two (2) year warranty. This warranty begins on the date of purchase or delivery and is valid only for products purchased from authorized EAGLE EXPRESS retailers or from eagleexpress.co.

First Year of Ownership

During the first twelve (12) months, your EAGLE EXPRESS product is protected against normal wear and tear, airline handling, and transit-related issues. We cover all repair costs, including shipping to and from our service facility. If the item cannot be repaired, it will be replaced or substituted with a product of similar value.

Exclusions: Damage caused by abuse, cosmetic issues (such as scratched surfaces or stained fabrics), and any incidental or consequential damages are not covered.

Two-Year Limited Coverage

For the full two years, EAGLE EXPRESS will repair defects in materials or workmanship, such as issues with zippers, handles, or locks due to regular use.

Exclusions: Airline or transit-related damage, misuse, cosmetic concerns, and incidental or consequential damages are not covered under this warranty after the first year.

Repair and Refurbishment (After 2 Years)

For products older than two years, we offer high-quality repair services at reasonable rates. If a repair isn’t possible, we will recommend alternative solutions. Contact your local service center to confirm shipping and handling fees before sending your item in.

Proof of Purchase

A store receipt is required for all warranty claims. If you no longer have the receipt, we may verify coverage using your purchase history. Register your product through the EAGLE EXPRESS Tracer® program to log the purchase date and assist in validation.

Important: In Hong Kong, Macau, China, Japan, and Korea, only the original store receipt is accepted—Tracer® registration is not valid as proof of purchase in these regions.

Legal Rights

This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your location. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
